When Kim posted the prompt for The Studio | Online……it was for potting benches! I couldn’t have been more excited. I LOVE using my potting bench and was getting ready to do just that, so this was NOT a problem prompt! In fact, this could very well become a new series!
I’m starting off with these shots. Each one was edited using Kim’s brand new “Lilly” preset. I’d also like to say that I’m using my kit lens (Nikon 18-105mm). I’m liking this lens and my wide angle more and more as I move outdoors and especially using the wide angle for top down shots. Soooo easy! No climbing on a chair or stool!
IMAGE #1 – Raider wanted in the photo, so I obliged. I never tire of getting shots of my furbabies! They love going outdoors with me and keeping me company no matter what I’m doing. She was just passing through.
IMAGE #2 – AFTER Raider passed through.
IMAGE #3 – Can’t stop without getting a close-up. These flowers will be planted in my wooden half-barrel and I’ll get pics of that as well. Pictured here are English Lavender, Veronica, and Purple Wave Petunia.
Can’t wait to get back out there, change the props and shoot some more! AND get my barrel planted! Woot woot! Spring is HERE!
Oh, and in case you missed it, I took a photo walk with my sweet granddaughter yesterday around our neighborhood………if you’d like to check it out you can do so HERE.
Thanks so much for stopping by and Have A Creative Day!
