It’s Friday! And that means it’s “Friday Finds” day, time to share what I’ve found/discovered this week. I’ll keep the chatter to a minimum as there are a number of images I’d like to share.
When I went grocery shopping this week, I found these lovely pomegranates just begging me to pick them up and take them home. I happily obliged. Not only was I thinking……..aha, a photo op……but the seeds are so very yummy! AND I get to spank them with a wooden spoon when removing the seeds.
I’ll start by showing my set-up……..kind of crude but hey…..it worked. I think.
Now, each image was treated with a vignette as I felt the wrinkled tissue paper was a bit harsh…nice texture…but a bit too harsh for my liking.
Along with the vignette, I used Kim’s “quiet dreams” lightroom preset on this one…..top down.
I used Kim’s “hazey” lightroom preset on this one.
I used Kim’s “onair” lightroom preset on this one.
I used Kim’s “warmyhaze” lightroom preset.
And lastly, I used Kim’s “breeze” preset on this one.
It’s amazing how just changing a prop or shooting at a different angle can make such a huge difference. Once I get started shooting, it’s hard to stop! And my external hard drive is filling up FAST. I need to start shopping for another one.
Until next time….Hugs and Have An Artistic Day!
