This most definitely was my breakfast this morning and I’d totally forgotten about the Be Still Fifty Two assignment until I’d already cut the banana into the blender. Oh well, it works for me!
I was kind of sorta in a hurry this morning as I had errands to run, so just 1 “pose” for today but three different edits.
The first is basically what came out of the camera (with a basic LR edit). I shot this in front of our north-facing sliding glass doors. It’s a bit overcast today (nothing new here!) but I was okay with that because it didn’t blow anything out of the image.
Again, I didn’t change any props nor my position……was in a hurry……and I really DON’T like to hurry when I’m shooting, but……..today it happened. I used Kim’s “within” preset on this one…..a bit of desaturation and somewhat darker…..I like it.
And I’m liking this one as well, using Kim’s new “moody-ish” preset……..moody, contrasty, and I particularly love what it did to the wood.
My morning protein shake consists of:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop low glycemic protein powder
I’m not diabetic but my husband is and he sometimes joins me in drinking a protein shake and I seriously doubt regular protein powder would taste any different. It’s delicious!
I may do a different breakfast shoot later with something different as well as shooting at different angles.
