It’s Memorial Day here in the US and I’d like to thank our veterans and current service men and women for all they do to protect and serve our country!
HELLO MONDAY! Gosh, this past week flew by! I took my grandsons to the Memorial Day Parade this morning.
Hello to saying “see you later” (we never say goodbye…too final) to two of my grandsons…Aiden and Eli….on Tuesday when they go home……a NEW old home. Their Daddy (my youngest son) spent the weekend working and moving them to the farm where he (their daddy) was born. I’m so excited the boys will share some of the experiences that my own children had there on the farm.
These two were SUCH a help to Grandma and Grandpa this weekend, helping us do some outside chores.
Aiden – 7 years old
Elijah – 5 years old
Hello Catching Up – after 4-1/2 days with these guys……there’s LOTS of catching up to do……cleaning, laundry, my photography projects, etc.
Hello Grocery Store – restocking after 2 young boys ate here. I do love cooking for them though. That’s what Grandma’s do, right?
Hello Editing – tons of photos I took while they were here that will be made into layouts and added to their scrapbooks that have already been started and given to them for last Christmas.
I think this list is actually going to keep me busy for MORE than this week, don’t you?
I’m linking up with Cate’s Blog Every Day in May and checking to see what tomorrow’s blog post prompt is!
Hugs and Have A Creative Day!
PS – you can see ALL my Blog Every Day in May posts HERE. I missed a few but hope to go back and at least make a post for the prompt.
