This will be my next to the last post with my Iris. They’re fading and going away for the year far too fast for me. Seems as though we wait and wait for winter to be over….Spring arrives and our early bloomers bloom and wither all too quickly.
I’m linking up with Kim Klassen’s “Friday Finds” today and here’s what I
discovered uncovered this week.
I was going through packed boxes to take more items to my Antique Booth when I ran across this aluminum teapot that I’d packed away several years ago. Well, needless to say it didn’t make it to the Antique Booth…..yet! It will be one of my props a little longer!
IMAGE #1 – not quite top down but I liked how this angle ended up. I used Kim’s “shadows” preset in Lightroom.
IMAGE #2 – a bit of rearranging and a little closer. I used Kim’s “organic” preset on this one.
IMAGE #3 – and Then a little closer still, using Kim’s “moodswing” preset.
IMAGE #4 – I changed the props around a bit using Kim’s “shadows” preset.
IMAGE #5 – I moved the props again, added a different Iris and backed out for a full shot of the scene using Kim’s “chocolate” preset.
Hope you enjoyed my Friday Finds – Dark and Moody Iris shoot and previews of several of the various presets. I absolutely LOVE the ease of one click presets and the artsy look and feel they give to an image.
If you would like to see the entire Iris set of posts, you can do so HERE.
Thanks for stopping by. I’m off to link up and see all the other inspiration shared on Friday Finds!
