I just couldn’t stop! I DID manage to do some chores outdoors before the storm hit but in between chores (while taking a break), I had my camera in hand, head full of set-ups using various petals and props.
So here I am, sharing some with you and linking up with Barb Brookbanks’ “Sunday Sundries”……celebrating my week.
First up is “a human touch”, our prompt for The Studio | Online with Kim Klassen. Such beauty being posted on Facebook and Instagram! You can read more about this image HERE and see the finished result.
Then I just kept going! The next two….I played with different set-ups using a few of my TONS of clematis blooms. LOVE the rich color of this magnificent vine!
The green twine was picked up by hubby at Tractor Supply when I sent him for twine to tie up my tomatoes. I was surprised to see that it was green but boy-oh-boy, it has served 2 purposes!
I switched over to my tea-dyed linen and rearranged a few things.
And just one more for today. I was encouraged to join in #thespoonseries on Instagram and so……
An old wooden spoon filled with garbonzo beans, a vintage salt shaker that I use at the stove when cooking, a few sprigs each of oregano and sage, and a tea towel I’d bought some time back that has appeared in a number of my images.
Oh what a happy day spent Faffing on a Saturday with my camera! It’s always so relaxing to set up stills….especially when ideas come to mind rather quickly.
What else did I celebrate this week?
- Spending time with my grandchildren
- Working peacefully in my flower garden
- Playing with and hugging on my furbabies
- Just being Still……breathing……and soaking up God’s Word
Which reminds me……if you’re interested, I’d LOVE to have you join me each week for my Scripture and a Snapshot!
Hope you enjoyed today’s share……Hugs and Have a Blessed Sunday!
