Gosh, I can’t believe how quickly our leaves are turning AND dropping to the ground. I took a different route to the store the other day looking for the reds of Autumn. I found some beautiful leaves so when I got back home, I told hubby that he needed to take me for a drive so I could hop out of the truck along the way and snap some shots. It was really nice just to drive along and see the gorgeous splash of colors that Autumn has blessed us with.
So I’ll share just a few today and I’ll probably be playing with some textures on the others and sharing those in a few days. But today, I’m linking up with “Six Word Fridays” (thus the title of my post), Nurture Photography, and “Friday Finds”. I’ve linked all their badges below my post.
On with the reds! Isn’t the mixture of light greens and the reds absolutely delicious?!
And then I visited the lower limbs to get up closer to those beautiful colors.
And I just LOVE how I was able to focus on the furthest leaves, creating a blurred frame around them.
And THIS one was right in my own front yard, the tiny red berries on the barberry bush. I did texture this one with a texture of my own but masked the texture off the berries.
I hope you enjoyed my share this Friday and I’m looking forward to next week!
Thanks so much for stopping by and Have A Creative Day!
