It occurred to me as this week will wrap up my 31 Ways to Use and Display Your Photos that I haven’t asked any of you what you enjoy taking pictures of the most.
I’ll ask you now….what DO you enjoy taking pictures of? Is it travelling that you do, or your children, or maybe your grandchildren? Is it the things you love that you have in your house? I’d love for you to leave me a comment and let me know. I’m curious that way.
As for me, lately I’ve been enjoying staging still life photography. I’m sharing with you today a couple photos I took this morning with some gourds and miniature pumpkins. Of course, there are leaves involved. It’s Autumn here in Northeast Ohio and I LOVE the brilliant colors and the fun decorations.
You can see one decoration in this photo that I’m particularly fond of…….a vine, some wooden halloween/autumn decorations, some ribbon and raffia.
Here’s one a little closer and a different orientation.
And here’s one even closer where I changed the aperture to create some blur in the photo.
What will I use these for?
I like to pair several images of the seasons, have them printed on canvas and use them each year for each particular season or Holiday home decor.
Be sure to pop back in tomorrow….only 5 days left of the Write 31 Days Challenge…..what will I come up with?
Hugs and Have A Creative 31 Days!
